DOES YOUR PROVIDERS PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS?
In keeping with our clinic efforts to provide noninvasive and non-drug approach to healing, not all our providers prescribe medications. The ones that do will do so in a conservative manner to minimum over-reliance on medications as the primary treatment option. In addition, we have a referral list of providers at other facilities who can serve your medication needs. Our psychiatrists do consults for TMS, psychopharmacology, and evaluation for neuromodulation intervention like a SCS device.
IS WALK-INS AVAILABLE OR SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS POSSIBLE?
No. Unfortunately, we see patients by appointments only. Because of the high volume of requests, we recommend booking appointments a few weeks in advance. We encourage individuals to schedule appointments early. We encourage submitting all necessary intake documents, forms and consents at least 5 days prior to scheduled appointment.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
For TMS , we accept Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, MHN/HealthNet, Magellan, Compsych, United/UHC/Optum, UMR, TriCare and TriWest (Choice, PC3). We also accept many out-of-state private insurances.
In general for therapy/counseling, we accept Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, MHN/HealthNet, Magellan, Compsych, United/UHC/Optum, UMR, ANC, HMC, Humana, TriCare and Veterans Choice Program (TriWest). Network status various amongst therapists. Contact us to learn more about the therapist.

TMS consult by psychiatrist: $475
Follow-up by psychiatrist: $250
Therapist Intake: $200
Therapist 60-min Follow-up: $150
Therapy Group: $50
TMS Treatment Program: Variable. Based on diagnosis,mclinical finding, custom protocol, and duration of treatment.
DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICARE?
No. Currently, we do not accept medicare for any services rendered. We are looking into adding MEDICARE in the future. Please check back periodically.
WHAT IS YOUR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand sometimes scheduling conflicts can cause individuals to cancel appointments. We are than happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment, just give us a call. There is a fee for late cancellations and no shows. We have an active waiting list of patients waiting to be scheduled and seen. The fee reflects being respectful of everyone's time. Thank you for understanding.

Our providers DO NOT (1) work with court related or court ordered counseling or treatment, (2) participate in custody issues including writing reports for families, and (3) fill out disability paperwork unless the patient has been seen by our providers for a minimum of 3 scheduled appointments. In addition, a billable appointment needs to be made to complete the disability forms in person between the provider and patient.
NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
For INTAKES/CONSULT appointments, a fee of $150 will be imposed and payable on rescheduled appointment or earlier.
For FOLLOW-UP appointments, a fee of $75 will be imposed and payable on next scheduled appointment or earlier.
* NOTE: 1) Fees can be waived if cancellation occurred at least 24-hours (1 business day) during working hours prior to appointment, 2) for Monday appointments, cancellation will NOT BE waived if received after Friday 12pm.
MEDICATION REFILL POLICY
Our office DO NOT accept medication refill request by phone. All refill requests must be submitted to REFILL@LHPSYCH.COM.
Our office DO NOT check emails on the weekends. Hence, any refill requests received on the weekend will be reviewed on the next available business day.
Be aware there is NO SAME DAY REFILLS, without exception. Please expect seven (7) business days to process refill requests.
