Our approach to patient care and company personnel infrastructure is committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion. We strive to have a diverse and inclusive team of providers and staffing personnel. We understand the importance to have openness and varied perspectives. In addition, we believe strong communities are the basis of a thriving society and we are committed to help advance equity outside of our organization. Hence, our nonprofit arm is committed to supporting mental health needs in needed communities, such as schools and at-risk communities. We invest resources in educational programming that support career readiness and exploration for diverse students and professionals.
MISSION STATEMENT
Guided by a passion for our profession and our commitment to healing, we offer effective, personalized intervention to improve the emotional and mental wellbeing of individuals. Through innovation and technology, personalized care and treatment planning, and delivery of a compassion care model, we aim to decrease the stigma of mental illness, offer noninvasive treatment to improve mental health, and assist in the individual’s healing. At our core, we strive to continuously invest in people and embrace the belief and pursuit of "a better way."
