Couples Therapy - It’s OK to Not Be OK: A Self-Care Series
2020 has been a challenging year for everyone. To better serve our residents, the City of Chandler Neighborhood Resources Department is launching their "It’s OK to Not Be OK: A Self-Care Series", which will highlight a different topic each Saturday during the month of October. Let's face it — we can all use some self-care!
In this first video, Suzanne Northey & Rochelle Aguila, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists host a talk about successfully navigating relationships during challenging times. It includes how to deal with the new reality and struggles during this pandemic, coping strategies, communication skills and strategies specific to couples/relationships.
After watching this and you feel the need to seek help or talk with someone, there are resources available. Visit findtreatment.gov or psychologytoday.com.
The series would not be possible without our partnership with Lighthouse Psychiatry.
